unfortunately, my house was broken into last december. i made a police report, and contacted my insurance company to file a claim. they asked for me to make a list of the items that were stolen. i did and submitted it to them. they asked for me to send the list to the police department so the lists would match. i did. they asked for a recorded statement, i agreed. an insurance agent came to my home and they took both my statement and my wife's statement. they asked to get a proof of loss form filled out and returned to them notarized, that was done promptly as well. now they contacted me once again saying that they NEED another statement from my wife and i but this time with their lawyers present. the amount of time they have been taking to investigate my claim has been bothering me

when I first passed my test 3 years ago at age 17 my insurance was almost 6000 for third party only on a ford fiesta. this was the rough price for this make/model on all insurance companies i got a quote from. Two weeks ago i did a quote for a fiesta hoping its reduced in price (three years later, havent drove since i passed my test ) and third party only was roughly 2000 with all companies i tried and FULLY COMP has been roughly 900-1000 with all companies i have recently tried. so why is fully comp alot more cheaper than third party only? I live in California and I understand that by law here you have to have car insurance; at least minimum coverage that is. It might will have several lawsuits. With 95 cars, hard to say who started the accident and whatever if it's one person cause 95 altogther or all 95 is fault on it own. Some may not even have insurance. There would be 95 different drivers so it will be 95 different verison or story of what happening.

I crashed a friends subaru and his parents are hunting me for money. How much am should I be expected to pay?

Turning a corner I overturned and have dented the front fender in front of the left wheel. Knocked the front left wheel out of alignment, all but removed the passenger mirror and scratched the left side of the car, only paint deep to my recollection. Also the left front indicator cover has been smashed, bulbs unharmed though. The car is a subaru legacy 1985 station wagon 4wd. They either want $700 for the cost of the car itself or repair money.
